Thomas Train Tracks

Favian's Ah Gong (my dad) got him a Thomas train sets few months ago. And the tracks are just black curves printed on a sheet of cardboard. The train has a special device which can recognise the black lines and follows it as if its really moving on a track. I have seen Favian playing with it for sometime and looks kinda boring after a while so I got down to drawing some tracks for him. And it works fine! So now he can have as many tracks as he wants.

Inspired by the recent BP on security blanket, I decided to get down in making one for Mischa- with my love!

Its actually not that difficult to make..just need have an eye for details and colour coordination. This is what the end result looks like.

Not too bad ya?

Mischa in her FP Jumperoo

I have been eyeing this 'gadget' for Mischa for a long time since i bought the FP rocker chair for her and still cannot pacify her much. But hubby complained that it was a tad too expensive for something he considered a 'toy'. Well...my hope came when I manage to find a source that sells as S$215 (normal retail price S$239). I almost arranged for a delivery for that Jumperoo when another mummy fren of mine asked me to go to the Isetan sale. I decided to hold on for a while since it was published that Fisher Price toys were having some good discounts. Thanks to Grace, there was indeed a good discount for the Jumperoo and I got it at S$199 with free delivery. Hubby agreed that it is a good buy when he see Mischa enjoying herself in the Jumperoo.

Bathing Beauty - NUDE!

Look at those folds....hiaz...everytime she will scream when I 'pry' open those thick folds to clean her. Its getting better now cos I started to get the hang of it.

Mischa is 4 Months old!

Mischa has become more attached to me and will cry whenever I am away from her. I seem to be the only one who can pacify or calm her down whenever she cries. The other day my mum called and told me that Mischa cried for quite a long while before she dozes off to sleep. She is more rsponsive now and begin to grasp things with more accuracy. These days she also rolls over more often and i can see alot of improvement with her neck and head movement. She also seem to enjoy her tummy time now.

Sentosa Trip

Post dated : 20th Feb 2008

We went to Sentosa with the kids and my parents as we have not been there for quite a long time. We just wanted wanted a casual and leisure afternoon with the kids and so off we drove to Sentosa ans spent almost a whole day there. It definately isn't easy with 2 kids in tow, one will fuss and the other wants to be carried and refuse the pram.

We reached VIVO CITY and settled our lunch there while waiting for my dad and mum to arrive. Hubby bought a pair of CROCs and I got him to buy another pair for Favian as I saw his previous one rather worn.

the 2 little cuties aft a long walk...so tired.
