No Pink - Only Red Bee

Sad sad sad...the Stroller BP was really unsuccessful. Apparently the seller said the supplier's were not selling genuine strollers - that explains the low prices. It further proves that Good things dun come cheap....hiaz...

After struggling for 2 days and had great debate with hubby...i finally decided to grab the last RED BEE from the stores. Although its said that the shipment for Pink Bee might come in end of next month. I just cannot wait anymore. I tried to convince myself tat I can always buy the Pink canopy when the stock is here.

So now i m S$999 poorer...no more drooling....hiak hiak hiak...oh u hv to try and see the Bee for urself to know why I m so crazy about it.

next thing i want to add on for my Sweet Bee:

cup holder - S$40
Parasol- S$80+
Pink Canopy - S$90?

Handmade Skirt for Mischa

I made a skirt for Mischa! Whoa! I am so proud of myself. I asked my mum if its a mother's instinct to want to sew something for her own daughter. Cos i remembered my mum made pajamas and dresses for me when I was a young little girl.

It's really fun to make these little skirts and I am addicted to sewing now! Check out my blog for details and more ideas on the way!

Random Pics of my Kiddos

Cheeky bro and sis:

Mischa looks quite chubby in this shot...exploring Gor Gor's toys

Mischa enjoys the car ride now. And Gor Gor always like to disturb her.

This is her 'buay song' expression

That's Mischa at 9 mths!

Mischa is 9 Months - Toothchart

Mischa's sprouting another pair of Lateral Incisors! She started to bite me again and gets rather cranky during this period.

But she can chew better now and loves her porridge! Mischa is also more keen in nibbling snacks and can sip water from straw like a pro! she can also:

- Stand while holding onto something
- Clap her hands when prompted to
- bangs objects together
- play peek-a-boo
- sit up by herself

She isn't really showing much signs of crawling - except pushing herself backwards and pushing up when on her tummy. Maybe she is just like me - never was a crawling baby!

T for Tu - Tutus

This is my first attempt in making Tutus for Mischa. I really love the cutie look whenever I see pics of baby girls with Tutus. I intend to create a Princess theme for Mischa's Birthday in November. I hope to make nicer ones but currently these are for sale at my little online store for handmade goodies!

Mani-Pedicure

Thanks to my kiddo's Godma-ma for recommending this posh Nail Spa where I go for my bi-weekly mani-pedicure session. A good time for me to sit back and relax and pamper myself - courtesy of Dearest Hubby!

I used to do my own mani-pedi and enjoys doing nail art. But eversince Mischa came along, I hardly had time and mood to get down to it. The pros of getting a Pro to do it for me is that both sides of the fingers will look equally good since I always have problem doing the mani for my right hand.

Look arent they pretty?

Cycling with my kiddos

Post dated entry

Hubby and I brought our 2 kiddos cycling around our neighbourhood last Saturday. We had no where interesting to go and since I just bought my Jappy looking bike (auntie-looking bike with basket and a child seat behind), we decided to just work it out with a 'trip to nowwhere'.

Mischa in my bike - actually this is the first time I ever pillion a baby! The last time I pillioned someone was during my teens at the East Coast Park....it was quite pressurising at first but after I got a hang of it, it was rather fun.
Mischa in the child seat with padding all over - shoulder pads, seat cushions, and a bolster to make her sit snugly. Looks so luxurious compared to Gor-gor's version

We cycled to Rivervale where hubby got the uncle from the bicycle shop to do some repair to the brakes of his mountain bike and we grabbed a quick lunch at the mall.
We cycled to the nearby Sculpture park and saw some children learning In-line skating. In fact hubby and i jus got ourselves a pair of K2 Original soft boot In-line skates. We hope to be able to skate like a pro in no time!

That's me in the 'auntie-bike'.

New Swimming Pool at Anchorvale

Today is the 1st opening day of the Anchorvale CC swimming pool and we were one of the first few in the pool! The swimming complex is quite huge and features a baby pool with mini slides, an indoor lap pool and an outdoor one. There is also a fun pool area featuring slides that you can find in most theme parks! I would say its really of very good standards for a swimming pool in the heartland - much better than some ordinary pool in some condominiums. Hubby has also signed up for the gym facility and I will be going for my weekly starting from next week!

Today we only brought Mischa along with us as Favian was in school. We will be back again on Sunday with Favian. He is so looking forward to it!

Here are some shots I took today:
Mischa all geared up for some fun in the pool! - look how tall she can sit up now. Got this sexy halter swimsuit from Fox baby...such a cutie...

Mischa: "Look at my legs...aren't they sexy.....?"

Mischa: "Hmm....why is Mummy taking such a long time applying her sunblock?I need mine too.."

We first put her in the pool with the neck float Shirley (Nov mummy fren) helped me buy from Shanghai. Mischa was kicking and crying furiously hence i did not manage to capture a pic of her with the float. Luckily I also brought along this seating float with Mushroom shade. Initially she also cried but after hubby warmed her up a little, she began to enjoy the swim alot.

She was all smiles at the end of the swim...

A video clip of Mischa enjoying the swim

It's indeed Heelarious !

Couple of days ago I just chanced upon this web selling really cute high heels shoes for baby! Yes H-E-E-L-S for baby - killer stilettos for infants!

I was hoping to get a pair for her as a mummy started a BP on this Heels in the SMH forum. But to my disappointment, they were only available in 0-6mth and Mischa has already outgrown her Shoo Shoos of size 0-6mths too hence buying these heels for her will be a waste of money...hiaz if only they come in bigger sizes....if only someone found this earlier...

They are just too cute to resist and this is my favourite pair:
