What's the problem???
Something's very wrong with blogger these days...or is it just my blog? I can't seem to upload pics for the past 3-4 days. Then yesterday there were weird labels (photobucket) plastered all over my pretty blogskin. hiaz...it's due to overloaded bandwidth...dunno how to fix the problem hence i just removed the entire blogskin and stick back to the classic template for the time being (while i clean up the mess, lost gadgets and a new blogskin)....
very drained these days....

Where's my dream home
I have been feeling rather vexed these days. So many thoughts running through my mind that sometimes I just feel like collapsing onto the floor instantly.
Although our flat has been sold, hubby and I were feeling on CLOUD 9 only for a few days. Now we have to start searching for our dream home (till now nothing caught our eyes)
But before that we have some issues to iron out before we can commit on any flat that we want.
But at least we have sorted out and finally came to a compromise on some issues. My 2 cute kiddos will each have their own bedrooms and I will have my to-die-for study area and craft corner....hubby will hv his Gigantic aquarium and his small but cosy entertainment room. hehehe....no more dream kitchen for me though, but it will definately be a practical and low maintenance one.
Oh and one thing - we are so going to have a helper once we settled our new place, cos hubby hasnt been doing much housework ever since the opening of The Braised Kitchen....
till then..

I LAUGH OUT LOUD at MYSELF.....
I am glad I shared this with hubby about this just now. I woke up from a 'dream' this morning with a tinge of sadness and disappointment.
How naive was I to have always 'assumed' that I have always been a true friend, best pal and buddy to this long time friend of mine. Well, not exactly long, since we only knew each other for 6 years. But I always thought 6 years issit exactly short either. AND only today then I realised that WE didnt really know each other that well.
Dun good frens always support one another? Lend a helping hand when one is in need or at least show support in terms of action?
Is taking someone for granted shows that you are a true fren? Yucks! I shudder at this thought. Weeks ago I did hv the intention to offer my help in each and everyway. But now, sorry 'my good friend', I guess you no longer need me OR you have other 'better' frens than me.
Our friendship is just so brief and surface deep....its a cold, hard and sad but the truth.
I told hubby from today onwards, I have one more fren dropped from my 'true frens list', and its definately for the better.

Bye bye My Love Nest...Hello Dream Home....
We finally sold our flat - our love nest for the past 7 years! We 'made' 2 lovely kiddos and spent worked our blood and sweat out for this home. Now we will be saying 'GOODBYE' to it in 3 months time! We sold our home to a loving young couple who appreciate our cosy decor and I selflessly shared with them tips on how to enhance the look as well as making small changes here and there to suit their lifestyles.
For a record, I sold my own flat at merely less than 2 weeks of listing in the market. And it was an immediate offer from the lovely couple - I believe it Love at first sight? And I should say we made quite a healthy profit from the selling price. Most of all , it's the satisfaction of closing a deal..... So if you are looking for a property advisor to market your home, do gimme a call okay?
Next, it's time to hunt for our own 'DREAM HOME'.....

I'm so proud of this Young lady
After much consideration, hubby and I decided to let Mischa attend the playgroup by Talent Plus at Pasir ris (where Favian also joined before) before we decide on the childcare centre after we have settled our new home sometime end of this year.
We went to visit Carpe Diem @ Punggol 1 week ago and quite like the environment but we have to hold on to this first as we plan to move sometime in Sep-Dec. During this period we will be putting up at my parent's place, so will be rather inconvenient to send her to school.
so we started Mischa for her first day @ Talent Plus and kept telling her about it before that. Hubby and I were quite confident that she will adjust well and indeed she did! We remembered Favian cried for the whole week before he was ok and each time hubby had to be the one who send him in, if I did, he will cling on to me and refused to let go.
Mischa was different, she even waved goodbye to me and entered the class all by herself. I lingered around to observe her during the class and she although she was the youngest among all her classmates, she was well-behaved and didnt shed a single tear while some older kids were throwing tantrums and demanded their mummies to stay close to them. It was until almost the end of the class when Mischa saw me at the window then she started to cry for me.
Im just so proud of my girl!
