First visit to the Dentist

Teacher Yati called at 10 am this morning and told me about the rashes on Favians legs. It scared the hell out of me as I was still in bed when she called. I quickly took a cab and rushed down to Treasure Box to fetch him and brought him to Dr. Sim's clinic at Elias Mall.

Luckily it was not anything serious and I applied some cream prescribed by the PD. Later hubby met up with us and we brought him to the dentist at Elias Mall for his 1st dental checkup cos we were suspecting Favian having tooth decay when we saw some white spots on this 2 front teeth. But dentist told us that it was a normal stain cos his teeth were very white, hence a little bit of stain will appear very obvious.

After the visit we went back home to get ourstuff and headed for Tampines Swimming pool. Favian enjoyed himself so much cos it has been a long time since we last brought him to the swimming pool. This time they have upgraded with some slides for kids.....see my 2 'boys' having fun!

Baby's full month

Today Shen invited all of us to her baby boy's full month celebration at Sennett Rd. It was fun catching up with the
rest and seeing our little tods running around. Its getting more difficult to gather all the children to take nice photos like before.

Finally managed to take some pics with Shirli and Shen (and their little ones)

My handsome boy posing for the camera too!
Hubby was busy with his 'arowana exchange' and did not turn up at the full month party....hiaz me got to 'tompang' a ride from Catherine. Thanks Catherine and her hubby for offering me a ride home too. Before reaching home, Catherine suggested to bring the kids to the Pasar Malam near my place for a walk. Favian managed to convince mummy to let him take not 1 but 2 rides on the train. He said the train looked like James in Thomas and Friends series. Hmm...good imagination.

Tai-tais' gathering

This aftermoon i had lunch with Karen, Catherine (and little Claudia) at Compass Point Food Court before meeting with the rest of the mummies at Goodwood Park Hotel for our 'Tai-tais' high tea gathering.

Gosh, I have actually known this bunch of motherly figures for 4 years. We have not met for a while since most of the mummies were occupied with their little ones.

After a little shopping trip at Galleria DFS (Karen bought a Gucci wallet without even 'blinking'.kekeke) we proceeded to Goodwood Park Hotel to meet up with the rests: Genevieve, Fenni, Aileen and Shirli. It was a nice high tea gathering and topic of the day was Primary school for our little young men.

We proceeded to Taka for some shopping again and I finally bought my Gucci Abbey Tote after a few days of consideration. Hubby supported this idea and this is a gift for celebrating my pregnancy! (See right insert for the big pic)

Seeing my Little Princess

I was due for detail scan this morning at TMC with the sonographer. We waited almost an hour for my turn and finally my name was called. When the sonographer announced that I am expecting a baby girl, hubby was delighted and held my hands...he had always wanted a baby girl and we are glad that our wish was answered. Yippee...we have decided to name her Mischa Teo, but don't ask me about the chinese name yet...cos we have not chosen any.

Little Princess Mischa was flipping away inside my tummy throughout the scan as the sonographer commented that at the beginning of the scan, her head was on my right side and at the end of the scan her head was on the left side of my tummy! The scan took about 25min and I got a printed ultrasound scan picture of our little girl.

P/S: After comparing with Little Favian's ultrasound scan taken 4 yrs ago, i can't help but find that they really look similar...hubby agreed that they have identical big forehead and high nose profile. (The scan on the left belongs to our Little Princess and the one on the right belongs to Gor gor Favian).
