Real life doll!
Read this article from Yahoo! news this morning about this girl from China who is famous in Korea now becos of her real life doll face and body. She looks just like a character who just walked out of some Japanese Anime stories. Pretty no doubt, but its really really hard to believe if she was really born like this or her photos were edited or she indeed when through plastic surgeries.
You know the lead from the famous Final Fantasy game? She looks just like that!

Pretty nails make my day!
Yes! A nice set of nails just brightens up a girl's day isn't it? It's simple things like that making me happy or at least breaking me away from my moodiness for a while.
I actually love to do my own mani/pedicure than to go to the salon.
I've been using all sorts of brands of nail polish and my fav has got to be OPI.
Today I did a simple manicure and it's my 1st time using this coral colour varnish which I bought sometime ago. I still have alot of polishes that hasn't made their debut yet.

This coral tone makes me happy! My colour for today!

I was also in the mood to re-organize my mani/pedi kits and polishes... It's rather therapeutic sorting out these stuffs...
I've thrown alot of bottles away since they have dried up or I no longer fancy the colours. I'm gonna replace them again with bright chirpy colours cos I realized I have alot of neutrals and pinks!

I have problem nails that do not last when they are long. Brittle nails, peeling nails, chipping and whatever you can think of. So I depend alot on nail nourishing products and have been using Sally Hansen's for many years and i swear by them especially the Nailgrowth Miracle. Its already my 4th bottle since it was first launched. I'm crazy over their nail products thought not really the nail polish.

Lost world
Recently I haven't got the mood to start on my sewing project.
I'm not sure why perhaps it's the fear of messing up the place and have no one to clear up after that. I'm so used to my previous maid cleaning up after I'm done and I always have a clean desk to start on my next project.
Well I won't say that I miss her around but I do appreciate the fact that she was kinda initiative in that area. However I really would not keep her even though she is good in that sense. I can never stand someone who has an attitude problem nomatter how good she was with housework whatsoever. Imagine paying her $$ and still having to put up with her diva attitude!
My new maid should be here sometime next week or so, I cross my fingers and my toes. I'm just so sick of the nitty gritty day-to-day stuffs that I have to do. E.g, cleaning up after the kids, washing dishes etc. I'm lazy, or whatever you call it. I can work till dawn and still enjoy it but not housechores... U can kill me!
I'm also starting to feel so aimless and it's making me moody. Looking forward to Friday when I can have night out with Hubby & my brother cos we're catching Emily of Emerald hill after dinner! Yippeee!

Love the vintage take on this bag. somewhat retro chic . And this grey is to-die-for! I lack a grey bag in my wardrobe! I'll love to have this....$$$ |

| this comes in a black with gold harware version. I am seriously thinking of the black version instead of a GST which is really common. Will have to see the real thing to be convinced |
All about eyes
I was searching for tutorials on applying false lashes and came across this blogger. She focuses mainly on eye makeup and provided really good tips on applying falsies - which I'm so gonna try someday.
Loves the dramatic eye makeup she did but only suitable for fancy parties if any...though some of the more subtle ones might work for some dinner and dance occasions.
Check out her Blog
and here's the tutorial for applying the falsies by the same blogger too. something different and easy.
